My Story

I graduated from the Sturm College of Law in December 2017, earning both my Juris Doctor and Master’s in Legal Administration. From the very beginning of my career, I sought out opportunities that would give me a strong foundation in serving clients. I first worked alongside attorney Carolin Topelson, where I gained hands-on experience in landlord/tenant law and learned the importance of advocating for fairness in everyday disputes.

Next, I joined Furtado Law, where I represented clients in medium- and high-value insurance bad faith claims. I became known for my ability to negotiate effectively, securing outcomes that truly reflected my clients’ best interests. My work in this area sharpened my skills in balancing complex legal issues with practical solutions, always keeping the human side of the case at the forefront.

I then continued my practice at Smith Jadin Johnson, focusing on civil litigation. There, I guided clients through every stage of their matters—from the first filing to final resolution. My approach combined thorough preparation with clear communication, ensuring that clients felt supported and confident throughout the process.

Over the course of my career, I have successfully taken more than 20 cases to trial, a testament to my persistence, skill, and dedication. I am recognized not only for my courtroom success but also for my commitment to efficiency and transparency, making sure my clients’ time and resources are respected. In addition to the matters I have taken to trial, I have successfully resolved numerous cases through strategic and cooperative negotiation. This demonstrates my ability to work constructively with opposing counsel and reflects the strong rapport and trust I maintain with my clients.

Most recently, I chose to establish my own private practice. This decision reflects my belief that the strongest advocacy comes from independence, where my values guide every case and my clients’ interests remain at the forefront. By working directly with clients, I ensure that my dedication, efficiency, and client-centered approach are fully realized in every matter I handle.
